A stop service request takes service out of your name.
A request to stop service must be submitted to WaterOne at least one business day prior to your requested stop date.
If a new customer has not called to start service, water may be turned off as early as 8 am on the date of stop service. Consider modifying your stop service request to reflect a date when water will no longer be needed.
Use the Transfer Service request form if you are a current WaterOne customer moving to a different property within our service area.
Enter your Stop Service date. One business day is required for stop service requests. Dates requesting same day service will be moved to the next business day.
Note: Your water may be turned off as early as 8 am on the day of your requested stop date.
You will receive your final bill within 7 business days after the stop service date.
Automatic payments will remain in effect for the final bill unless the payment or paperless billing account is canceled by you.
Please note: Unpaid final bills will be sent to collections.
