As the Director of Distribution, Cody is responsible for providing organizational goals, vision, and leadership for all Distribution Division functions and staff. He is also responsible for planning, directing, and managing all aspects of the Division, including the construction, operation, and maintenance of WaterOne infrastructure to ensure reliable distribution of water to WaterOne’s service area, meeting or exceeding WaterOne standards, State and Federal regulations, and customer needs.
Cody joined WaterOne in 2021 as Construction and Maintenance Manager and later transitioned to Distribution Operations Manager. Prior to WaterOne, Cody served 24 years at AT&T, advancing from front line positions to Area Manager of Construction and Engineering. He is also a Retired Chief Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force, serving 8 years in Active Duty and 18 years in the Reserves.
