WaterOne Adjusts Developer Charges & Fees Beginning January 2023

Beginning January 1st, 2023 WaterOne will be issuing a price adjustment for charges that affect new service applicants. These changes are necessary due to increased commodity and material costs used in the development of WaterOne’s distribution system. The new Charges & Fees schedule can be found on waterone.org and will be charged on new service permits issued beginning January 1st, 2023.  Any expired permits will be required to pay the difference between the previous permit charge and the new permit charge before the permit will be extended. Applications should be submitted no later than Thursday December 22nd, 2022 to ensure proper processing before the price increase takes effect. Applicants may reach out to distserv@waterone.org with any questions.

WaterOne is a public, non-profit water provider, and rates and fees are used exclusively to fund WaterOne’s operations and maintenance. We understand that your time is money, and this change helps ensure we’re able to maintain responsive and priority service for our new service partners. Our partners in the developer community are important to us, and we appreciate your patience and support.
