Introducing MyAccount, WaterOne’s New Customer Dashboard

WaterOne is excited to introduce MyAccount, its new online customer dashboard.  MyAccount gives customers expanded access to their personal water usage data, with a full suite of useful tools and features for submitting service requests, monitoring personal water use, creating water usage alerts, and more. The customer dashboard is a part of WaterOne’s Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technology upgrade, which improves meter reading efficiency while providing a broader depth of information to customers about their water usage.

The MyAccount customer dashboard is a convenient way for customers to check their account balance, as well as submitting service requests and reporting issues such as main breaks or fire hydrant damage to WaterOne. 

Personal water usage data is available to customers in MyAccount through the Connect “View my usage” tool. Customers can access charts displaying their hourly water usage up through the previous day, review their water usage trends, and compare their current usage against their typical average usage. These features will help WaterOne’s Customer Service team assist customers and troubleshoot their concerns, while also allowing customers to review their personal usage patterns, detect potential leaks in their internal plumbing, and avoid surprise high bills.

Through the Connect “view my usage” tool, customers now have the option to set water usage notifications. Customers can enable an alert message to automatically send an email or text whenever their water usage exceeds a specified amount.  This tool can be helpful for customers in instances where they may be trying to stay within a budget, or monitor a vacant building for unexpected water usage.
