If the water is off, service will be restored during regular business hours, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, from 8-11 am or 12-3 pm. In order to prevent property damage from unknown leaks and open faucets, etc., water service will not be restored unless someone is on the premises to inspect the plumbing. During winter months, be sure to have adequate heat in the property to avoid frozen pipes.
If the water is off, someone will need to be present when water service is reconnected to verify there are no leaks. Reconnections are performed between the hours of 8-11 am or 12-3 pm Monday –Friday, except holidays.
Please provide a date 3 business days from the day your email is submitted.
Our field representative will call shortly before arriving at the service address to verify someone is at the property. If the person meeting them for the appointment is not at the service address when the field representative calls, the appointment will have to be rescheduled through the customer service department.
Please provide the name and phone number of the contact person.
In order to meet our commitments to other customers, we are not able to accommodate missed appointments with same day service. Missed appointments will need to be rescheduled for a future date.
Your will receive an email confirming your start service request and any appointments scheduled.
You will need to contact Johnson County Wastewater (JCW) to transfer your sewer services account. Remember, WaterOne is not affiliated with JCW. You will continue receiving a separate bill from JCW for wastewater. If you have questions about your wastewater bill, call JCW at 913/715-8590.
