To switch water service into your name, submit this service request at least three (3) business days in advance. If you’re currently a WaterOne customer and moving within the WaterOne service area, Transfer Service instead.
If the water is off, service will be restored during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, from 8-11 am or 12-3 pm. In order to prevent property damage from unknown leaks and open faucets, etc., water service will not be restored unless someone is on the premises to inspect the plumbing. During cold weather, please be sure to have adequate heat in the property to avoid frozen pipes.

BLACKOUT DATES: The next 3 full business days from today’s date, weekends, and holidays are not eligible for service appointments. If a request is made for these dates, it will be changed to the next available date which will be listed in your service request confirmation email.
If the water is off, someone will need to be present when water service is reconnected to verify there are no leaks. Reconnections are performed between the hours of 8-11 am or 12-3 pm Monday –Friday, except holidays.

To establish your sewer service, you will need to contact Johnson County Wastewater (JCW). WaterOne is your water provider only; it is not affiliated with JCW. You will receive a separate bill from JCW for wastewater. Questions about wastewater bills should be directed to JCW at 913/715-8590.
