Auto Pay 
(for paper billing customers)

  • Avoid late fees and keep your money longer without the hassle of managing an online payment profile. With Auto Pay, the amount due on the current bill is automatically deducted from your bank account on the due date. Fee free!
  • You still get a chance to review your bill ahead of time and call Customer Service up to five business days before the due date to ask questions or stop payment.
  • Manage Auto Pay through Customer Service at 913/895-1800. We’re standing by to help.

E-Bill for Paperless Billing Customers 

  • If you’re enrolled in paperless billing (eBill), like control over your bank account information, and flexibility on timing payments, use your Paperless Billing account. Fee free!
  • Manage your payments with a password-protected online profile. Schedule payments manually each time a bill arrives or use the recurring payment option to set automatic payments temporarily or long-term.
  • Combine multiple accounts for one-click payment.
  • Pre-pay up to three times the amount due on the current bill.
  • Get email or text alerts when payments are processed, cancelled, or rejected.
  • Set recurring payments to get these additional features:
    • Optional payment limit: If any bill exceeds your max threshold, you’ll get an alert notifying you to pay the bill manually.
    • Get email or text alerts when payments are scheduled, processed or when your recurring payments schedule expires.
    • Unlimited prepay.
  • Accuracy counts: Please enter account and payment information correctly. Returned payments will be charged a return fee, and over-payments may take up to 90 business days to refund.
  • When you sign up for Recurring Payments, your selections will be applied to all future bills – not the current bill in your queue when you set up your profile.
    • Cancel your Auto Pay option through Customer Service first before enrolling in Paperless Billing.

  • Want the freedom to hop online and make a payment without the hassle of logging-in to a payment profile? Use Online One-Time to pay by checking, savings, or credit/debit card.
  • You may pay an additional amount up to $150 above the amount shown on your current bill.
  • Get a confirmation number at the end of your transaction. [NOTE: The confirmation number is provided as a receipt of the transaction. It’s not a guarantee that payment has been processed through your bank.]
  • Accuracy counts: Please enter account and payment information correctly. Returned payments will be charged a return fee.
  • Online One-Time is eligible for use after you’ve received the first bill.

Retail Cash Payment (EZ-Pay One-time Payment)
$1.99 service fee applies

An EZ-Payslip is a reusable code that allows you to make cash payments at a convenient retail location such as CVS or Family Dollar. To make your cash payment:

  • Visit the Kubra EZ-Pay website and select "Make a one-time payment"
  • Provide your billing information by following the instructions on the screen
  • Choose "Cash" as your method of payment
  • Find your closest supporting retailer
  • Choose to receive your EZ-Payslip through text or email
  • Print or save your EZ-Payslip on your mobile device and present it to a retailer near you
  • Make your payment in cash and you're finished!
