Paperless
Billing
You have the
choice of how your bill is delivered when you make the decision
to eliminate paper bills:

Basic email
notification notifying you that your bill has arrived and
is ready to view. Simply log into your profile to view
and/or pay your bill.

Email with a
pdf version of your bill attached.

Text message
to your mobile phone (SMS) notifying you that your bill has
arrived and is ready to view. Simply log into your profile
to view and/or pay your bill.
Regardless of
delivery method, you have an assortment of notifications to
choose from, such as when payment is made, cancelled or
rejected.

Paperless Billing, you have the ability to schedule payments
without paying convenience fees (currently $2.50):

Have peace of mind
that your bill is paid. WaterOne's AquaMatic pay plan is a
convenience fee-free
service that allows you to have your payment automatically
drafted from your checking or savings account when it is due.
If enrolled in Aquamatic, you have the choice of
receiving paper bills or you have the full range of paperless
billing options.

Recurring Payments
Manage your own
hassle-free, convenience fee-free*,
automatic, bank-drafted payments from your checking or savings
account. With this option, you control and maintain your own
bank account information. You also determine when payments
will be made. Automatic payments can be scheduled for when bills
arrive, when bills are due, on a specific date or day of the
month, and/or for a specific amount.

available for customers signed up for Paperless Billing. |

Pay in
person
Over 60 convenient
Western Union agent locations throughout Johnson County. You can
also pay your water bill at any of Western Union’s hundreds of
agent locations that accept utility payments.
WaterOne can
confirm receipt of your payment within minutes when you provide
your confirmation number. Western Union will charge a $2.00
convenience fee and accepts cash only.
NOTE: Western
Union agent locations are the only pay stations authorized to
accept WaterOne payments.

Drop off payments
anytime day or night. Envelopes are provided at the depository
box. Payments dropped off after 7 am will be posted the next
business day.

convenience, a self addressed return envelope is enclosed with
your bill. If you do not have the envelope provided, the mailing

PLEASE READ
BEFORE MAKING ONLINE AND PHONE PAYMENTS
Credit cards
accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover on options where
available.
Payments made
before 7 pm CT Monday-Friday, weekends, and holidays will
post to your account the next day. Payments made after 7 pm
CT M-F, weekends and holidays takes two business days to
post.
Once your
transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation
number. If your service is up for disconnect, call our
Customer Service Department (913-895-1800) with this
confirmation number.
NOTE: Payment
confirmation numbers in no way assures that payment will be
made if any account numbers are entered incorrectly. Please
make sure these numbers are entered correctly or the payment
will be returned and subject to return fees. |
